49ers Before and After Harbaugh

The 49ers are a great team. But that was not the case two years ago. From 2003-2010 they only won 36% of their games and their record was 46-82. From 2011-2012 they improved to 24-7-1, winning 77%.
From 2003-2010 they didn't make the Playoffs but in 2011 and 2012 they made it to the NFC Championship and Super Bowl.
